Hi, I'm Sabine.

My story didn't start in coaching — it started in finance.

I spent the first decade of my career in finance and controlling roles across different industries.

Within ten years I had to be honest with myself — what I was doing wasn't giving me any joy, meaning or sense of purpose.

My last role was the nail in the coffin. A company in ongoing crisis for years. The gap between what was demanded and what was possible kept widening. The pressure mounted. The path ended.

Six months of coaching and honest reflection later, I changed direction completely. I went back to university, joined consulting, moved countries and built something new.

Since 2014 I've been leading large-scale corporate transformations and coaching leaders across Austria, Switzerland, Germany, the USA, Singapore and Australia.

The year I turned my life around was also when the idea for Turnaround Practice was born.

I work with female leaders and professionals who are highly capable but doubt themselves — and I know that territory firsthand.

People describe me as practical, direct, and real. With a talent for surfacing what's really going on underneath — and getting you back on track.

And yes — sometimes I'm funny. That helps too.
